Refound Policy
Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage to the product and its packaging.
If your refund request is approved, we will:

Offer you a replacement item free of charge, or
-
Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used contact lenses

Lenses damaged after opening the packaging

Products not purchased directly from dahablenses.ae
Return Process
To request a refund or replacement:

Email us at support@dahablenses.ae with your order number and photos/videos of the damaged item.

Our team will review your request and contact you within 2 business days.

If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return or replacement.
Shipping Costs
If the item is damaged due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Dahab Lenses.
If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
